Position college kids to hit the ground running when it’s time to get that first job out of college makes a big difference. Today a college diploma is unfortunately a piece of paper that looks a lot like the other 50 candidate's diploma. What differentiates an individual to rise to the top of the candidates fighting for the job? If a student can show that is passion dates back to more than just a month ago, it's a start.  My secret sauce for standing out and getting the job is what I offer.

 I work with kids who are passionate about being the most prepared for presenting themselves out of college for those interviews. It takes work and commitment to get there. I have volunteered in this capacity at ITT Tech. What I learned is that you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. I am willing to help those who illustrate that they are eager to put in the work to have a body of work to present to a future employer.
